About this notebook

Maya Glass Notes is a personal blog. It is one person, me, writing longhand about the wearables I actually live with, the ones I send back, and the small ways a good device disappears into a day.

I am Maya Chen, a product designer in Bristol with a weakness for anything that promises to make my phone less necessary. I am not a lab. I do not score things out of ten. I keep things until they annoy me, and then I tell you why.

When a company lends me hardware or sponsors a piece, I say so at the very top of the post, every time. Everything else is bought, borrowed from friends, or pulled out of the drawer of good intentions.
